StarzTina, otherwise known as Tina, is a Mind & Body Transformation coach who provides her clients with the necessary mindset, nutrition and fitness guidance needed to make lifelong changes that allow the clients to realize their own greatness. While Tina's clients are from many different walks of life, she specializes in transforming the minds and bodies of women over 40 who have gone through a tragedy or trauma. Her expertise in this area is born of personal experience. In 2016, Tina's only son, Jamal, was tragically murdered inside the sneaker boutique store that he owned in Rahway, NJ. She decided to not have Jamal's senseless murder not be in vain by turning the tragedy into triumph and by focusing on changing the world through health and wellness one person at a time.

Tina is the owner of an online fitness boutique studio, EliteStarz Fitness. She is a personal trainer who is also certified in nutrition, yoga and group exercise classes. Anyone who knows Tina knows that she has the gift of reaching people with her voice. She is a motivational speaker who speaks to audiences of all sizes both in person and virtually. Most recently, Tina has joined the ranks of permanent speakers in the hugely popular Clubhouse room, Breakfast with Champions. She is also the founder of the Fit, Healthy and Blessed club, home of the well-known and highly regarded 8am Cup of Motivation room on Clubhouse where topics include mindset/motivation, sensuality, finances, relationships, self-care and more. Everyone who knows Tina knows who the Lion Hearted Legend is. It's her “Sonny Boy” as she affectionately refers to him. In 2016, Tina founded the Mally Gaines Foundation to honor Jamal with one goal in mind: to provide support and guidance to young boys and leading on the right path to adulthood.

The foundation was formed soon after Jamal “Mally” Gaines' murder. Mally had turned his love of sneakers into his business. Sneakers were not Mally's only love. Mally also had a passion for giving back to the community that had given so much to him. Mally was involved in the Mister Rodger's youth program growing up and that involvement made a huge positive impact on his life. Mally recognized the significance of youth mentorship. It was important to him guide young boys to pursue their dreams and goals and to become strong positive leaders in the community. Mally had said that if anything ever happened to him that he wanted a youth mentorship program named after him and with that, the “Mally Gaines Foundation” was born. Since its formation in 2016, the Mally Gaines Foundation has awarded numerous scholarships to Rahway High School seniors who have aspirations of starting and running a successful business.
